Sort of at least, lol. This is a prequel to the other two pictures I made of this concept/series. I kinda got an idea, and wanted to run with it, and so made this picture to satisfy that need. Hopefully folks enjoy :).

Hmm, yes, I wonder! hehe, well, I imagine that it's pretty much just "pre" at this point. All his sperm and "cum" already got pumped away. And he's bloating as he shrinks, because he's "reducing" i size, but also "plumping out" as he fills in and changes. After all, he's got MORE than enough mass to keep him plump and getting plump-er at that size xP
