another fanart piece I did of another character I only had a general awareness/knowledge of, but quite enjoyed the character when better introduced/informed. And I got a "funny" idea on what to do with him, and went a smidge overboard, but hey.... I had to make "my interpretation" of Chance from Swat-Kats, after a particularly hard working day in the garage. Seems he got a bit pent up with that "workout" in there.
