This is a poll! Below is a ramble. I didn't sleep much last night. Sorry if I go on a bit. This is for the brand new dragon that's going to have a new oral vore ending added to Tiny Furry in April! NOTE THAT I HAVE DECIDED TO MAKE THIS A THING GOING FORWARD - the character and their ending gets polled and then in the following month it gets added to the game. It gives me a bit of time to do polls and chew over things rather than just churning out an ending.

What's the poll about? There are a few different types of dragons. I mean - beyond the fact that there's a bunch of different colors and all that. I think when you ask someone to conjure a dragon in their head then just about everyone would come up with a different image. Like - is it a big and scary dragon with huge horns and sharp teeth? Is it a svelte long-muzzled dragon that soars through the air with silent grace? Or is it long and serpentine, slithering through the air rather than beating its wings?

I was kind of chewing over this guy's appearance and I thought to myself - hey. I know that he's a wise older guy who's got a great air of confidence about himself, but... that could lead to a lot of different appearances, really. Especially when he's a dragon - arguably one of the proudest species that there is. At least in my head.

So I figured that it might be fun to let you guys decide. Obviously we can't go into everything - the size of his horns, the shape of his wings, the... length of his tail. So I'm just going to kind of give off a few general and vague sorta vibes. Below, I will explain them!

These are all ideas for an anthro design, by the way. As much fun as it'd be to throw a huge feral dragon into the game, it wouldn't really fit with the setting. Maybe in Tiny Furry On A Huge Quest though eh? Note, also, that these won't effect his personality. It might effect their 'powerset' though, especially if something like the Fae dragon wins. I have also limited it to three options even though I could do like... eight or something. This is because these are the ones I'm most interested in!

Tough/The Mean Lookin' Dragon

He's one of those tough lookin' dragons. Very likely to have big horns and harsher features. Big sharp teeth! Mean eyes! Rough scales that are coarse and almost cheese-gratery. Very well built - nice and muscular. Think your classic dragon - the type who looks like he sits around in a cave hoarding gold all of the time. Probably a fairly mean color like black or deep red.

Svelte/The Graceful Dragon

Long and sleek. Likes to take long flights across the beach. Toned and muscular, but more in an athletic fashion than an outright brute like our tough boy. Likely more 'handsome' than your average dragon - a long but thin snout. Smooth and pattable scales, even for a micro. Has the most impressive wing-span. Might have horns, but they're more for aesthetic than function.

Colorful/The Fae Dragon

A bright and colorful design to catch the eye. Completely lacks horns in favor of other head/facial markings - things like quills or fronds. Looks very slippery - more of an amphibious-looking creature than a dragon of the sky, but, still possesses beautiful and strange wings that somehow allow an almost effortless flight in the air. The smallest - and possibly the cutest - of the three.

That's it! I hope that's enough of a rough impression to help you vote.

In other news...

The story that I was planning on posting today is going to be held back until this weekend. Posting Macroville publicly today took far more energy out of me than I thought it would. Though I should've expected it - posting public game releases is always a little stressful. Then again, with me not wanting to release Tiny Furry On A Huge Quest until it's done (and the last few Tiny Furry updates being Patreon exclusive) it's been a while since I've done one. In a way, I've kind of been putting it off because of it. Don't get me wrong, it's extremely exciting too - but...

... to put it simply, I guess, for the first day or so that it's up, it's public presence is all that I can think about. I'm both excited and amazed and perhaps a little stressed that people are playing and engaging with it and enjoying it. It quickly turns into an all-consuming thought that throws me off my mojo for twenty-four hours or so. Like, this morning I woke up at 3AM after sleeping for about 3 and a half hours and was unable to get back to sleep because I knew I had to make a public game release today. I'm happy and I'm excited for that but I'm also full of dread. It's really weird, and given that I haven't slept much, I'm not really sure how to describe it more properly than that.

It's something that I need to get used to. I need to absorb the thrill and push away the anxiety with it and empower myself, or something.

Though I have gotten better about it. Here's a fun fact: the very first time I uploaded A Tiny Furry In A Huge World (way back like two years ago fuck) I decided within five minutes that I wanted to unupload it and delete it. Luckily I couldn't do that because textadventures.co.uk actually doesn't let you delete anything when you've uploaded it. Why? I don't know. It's a weird feature of the website honestly, you should be able to delist your stuff if you want to. But you can't. And that's good. I'm glad, even though it shouldn't be like that, because if I had deleted it like a moron, then none of us would be here today and that would be really sad! I am much less of a coward now. I'm proud of myself. We're making progress.

Anyway. I could write, but I wouldn't be able to write much with it on the back of my mind, and I'd just be weirdly stressed. So, given that it's the last few pieces of the commission and I don't want to write a crapper of an ending, I've decided to do some admin stuff today for the sake of the story's quality and my own sanity. I'm going to reply to some messages that I desperately need to reply to, clean my desk and my laptop and... all of my junk, and go into everything tomorrow with a fresh mind and a fresh surrounding and a fresh inbox.

That was a really long way of saying - hey, I just released a game, I'm stressed, I need to talk to people about writing stuff for them in the near future, and I need to clean up my room. Commission coming on the weekend, sorry for the delay. But that's basically it.

Uh, happy voting!
