Hey, what's up?

It's time for Tiny Furry! This month's update doesn't add a new character or anything like that, but it does add about 15000 words or so of brand new content.

It's a bit of a slim update because December was kind of a slim month in retrospect if I'm being honest, at least by my usual standards. I didn't really realize that I was doing it at the time, but I think I've spent a fair bit of the month recharging and coming up with new ideas and messing around with stuff rather than actively adding a ton of new content to the game. I think that this is just the nature of the month of December. It's the end of the year - a year where I've been really, really hard at work for most of it - and the end of the year is generally a good time to get a little distance and reevaluate before you go into the next year

January's update will be much larger and will essentially feature everything that got left on the cutting floor due to lack of time plus many other things. The game - as of this version - is at 350,000 words. I estimate that it'll be at 400,000 by the end of January in v1.3, which is ... pretty nuts.

With that said, though, there is plenty of new stuff, so ... let me go into the changelog.

CHANGELOG

NEW ENDINGS

New endings have been added for:

  • MIKE - A brand new ending featuring shoes and paws.
  • MIKE - A brand new ending featuring Miles where they take a trip to the gym! Find this one by crawling into his sheath and taking a nap.
  • EMILY - A packet of pop tarts has been added to the vending machine, which adds a new oral vore ending for emily.
  • CLAIRE - Aware unbirth! Find it in her panties.
  • VINCENT - Aware tail vore has been added to Vincent - speak to him on top of the table
  • VINCENT - Aware anal vore has been added to Vincent - again, just talk to him

I also went through a bunch of older endings to fix some typos. I dunno which ones I did, I just kinda hit them as I was crawling around.

It's a pretty nice bunch of endings, I think. Between them all just about every common vore type is covered - and you even have a tail vore ending in there. Neat neat neat neat neat!

QUICK NOTE - If you're new to the Patreon and haven't hit up Tiny Furry in a bit then there's probably a few things that you haven't seen at all. These are including, but not limited to:

- A very aggressive set of oral vore endings with Miles/Andy
- Bonus peaceful ending with the feral fox
- A whole host of transformation based endings using an object in Miles/Andy's area

UI UPDATES

The UI has been redesigned across the entire game. I've already posted about this so I won't talk about it too much, but every ending/scene in the game has been gone over with new formatting in order to make it more readable. The font has been changed, the background has been changed, the game panes have been altered ... and all of this is generally just to make things easier to read.

If you operate on a resolution that isn't 1920 x 1080 then you may or may not have some display issues. I've tested it on smaller resolutions and it seems fine to me, but my laptop doesn't run at that resolution natively so your mileage may vary. If you run at a higher resolution then honestly I'm not sure what'll happen. The game should look fine but I imagine that the alignment on some things might be a little strange potentially.

I'm pretty sure (like 95%) that it'll be just fine for everyone, though, so don't expect any issues, yeah? And if you get some, then, let me know about 'em and I'll fix it right away.

ACHIEVEMENTS/TROPHIES

WHAT

Yeah, I finally gave the trophy cabinet in the West Wing Corridor some functionality. I wanted to do this since I made that damn cabinet over a year ago, but ... I really had no idea how to make it work in Quest and it seemed like a silly thing to spend hours upon hours researching.

Anyway, I figured out how to do it (in the way that I wanted to) by making Tinier Furry so I decided to spend a day or two of development time on getting this set up.

By examining the trophy cabinet in the West Wing Corridor you will be invited to investigate it a little closer. When you do so, you'll be presented with a list of trophies - or achievements - that vary depending on where you've been in the game. Right now these are purely based upon exploration rather than finding a certain ending or solving a puzzle or whatever.

There's twelve trophies in total - one for each major explorable character - and you'll generally obtain said trophy by entering their area. For example, you get Ms. Matthew's trophy by walking up to her shoes - you get Aimee's by going underneath her table - you get Claire's by going into her pocket. I didn't really want to lock them behind endings or anything because I kinda like the idea of people being able to collect them all without forcing themselves through kinks they may or may not enjoy?

You don't get anything for collecting them all - yet, at least - but now that the system is coded and there and working and everything, I should be able to add a bonus scene or two in the future for doing so, or even more trophies if people end up liking them.

THAT'S IT

Maybe that wasn't slim at all, actually? I think I've just gotten used to dropping 20,000 - 30,000 word updates for Tinier Furry so anything that isn't the size of a large novella feels slim.

There are a couple of things missing ...

WHERE'S THE HANNELORE PEACEFUL ENDING?

I ran out of time, basically.

It was either finish the Hannelore ending and get the update out on the 1st - or it was work on finishing everything else and get the update out on the 31st. And I chose to get the update out on the 31st instead because, yeah, that's pretty much my Patreon promise to everyone.

The end of this month has been kinda hectic because I ended up getting a stomach bug after Christmas that ended up ruining about three days where I was actually planning on doing stuff but was too busy being sick to really do anything. I'm better now - obviously - but when you're working on monthly deadlines for this stuff, three days going missing due to sickness is obviously pretty huge.

I could've rushed Hanner's ending to get it into the game most likely, but given that it's a peaceful ending and it's going to be one of the few endings that she even has ... well, I figured it'd be worth delaying it and spending a little extra time on it to make sure that there's plenty of porny fun as well as a good representation of her character.

The Hannelore ending will be coming in plain text for everyone in a few days time and it'll be in the game officially at the end of January along with everything else that's coming in January which is like, three new endings as voted by everyone plus a brand new mega ending with Rachel/Emily that's practically a game in itself.

Sorry to anyone who was looking forward to it. I promise that it'll be worth waiting an extra couple of days!

This is the last update of 2021. It's been an interesting year. Thank you for supporting me! I'll have more to say about the year tomorrow or thereabouts because I'll be doing a wrap up of the year - and also letting everyone know what's coming in 2022 from me!

EDIT: A really stupid bug that a really stupid cross fox made in regards to Vincent's new endings has now been fixed

EDIT 2: A bug locking you out of Emily's ending has been fixed. Also, I've gone ahead and added the Miles and Andy alternate polyamory ending timeline thing to the weird watch that you can find in the courtyard because it wasn't there before because I'm super dense and forgetful, apparently!

Something else to note is that the file size of the game has shot up to 17MB! Sorry about this. I made these bug fixes on the version that I'm currently working on - as in, the stuff that will feature the new Rachel content - so there's a lot of image files and sounds and stuff from that in there as well as a few uncompressed things and test images and whatnot. You can't access these officially - the code to get into the new content is nonexistent and even if it was everything wrote isn't strung together properly yet - but if you're in the mood then you can uncompress the files with pretty much any ZIP program and take a sneak peek at said images and sounds before the official release at the end of the month.

Or just enjoy Emily's ending now it ain't bugged!

Vincent AV ending doesn't work. Leads to run. Tail leads to paw ending. Also, the reset page always leads to in front of Vincent.

Mike's new scene isn't working here, the Gym one. I choose it and the choosing text simply dissapears

How do I climb into mike's sheath? Also is there a full list of usable verbs?

There isn't a full list of usable verbs, sadly! There's a menu that lists all objects in the current area on the right hand side of the screen usually. The trick is to click on the object in question on said menu and you'll be given a full list of verbs that you can then click on to interact with said object. So, to give you a little guide ... go into Mike's pants, and then click on 'Mike's sheath' on the menu on the right hand side of screen. As you click on it you should see two words pop up underneath - 'look at' and 'crawl in'.
