Bonjour!

As promised, this update is a lot more meaty than the last one. Lots of new things to see here!

CHANGE LOG:
> Added Jackie, a female tabby cat waitress. She roams in and out of the diner periodically. Please note: Jackie is simply supplemental to Mike. Mike is absolutely the focus of this update. I just wanted to play around with the concept of having two macros in the area. She exists to add content to Mike, rather than to exist as content herself. With that said, if you want to see her, just wait for about a minute in any area of the diner.
> Added three new endings/death scenes/whatever you wanna call 'em. These are:
1. A foot crush ending involving Jackie. Wait for her to pop up while you're under Mike's table, and then interact with her feet by touching them.
2. A foot crush ending involving Mike. To see this, you will have to use either the push pin or the needle on Mike's foot. I have temporarily moved the push pin to the college's lobby so that you can easily access it without having to backtrack and go to Ms. Matthew's desk.
3. A death scene involving the stain on the floor. Approach the stain. That's all you need to do.
> Added two new areas.
1. Mike's lap, as promised
2. The inside of the front of Mike's pants
> Finally updated the frickin' credits list so that all of you guyseseseses names are on it.

I have also added the zoommike command, which will take you to Mike's area immediately.

Please let me know if you encounter any bugs. I think I have squashed them all, but that might not be the case, especially since it's 6AM here and my playtesting efforts were done exhausted, to say the very least.
