Considering the confused customers I think Activision is in the wrong. Warzone existed before and if Randy is receiving confused Activision customers, Activision has also probably received a smaller amount of confused customers looking for Warzone the Risk style game. If you search for Warzone in Google/Bing/DuckDuckGo you receive the Call of Duty game first then two or three items latter warzone.com. This reminds me of the case of Mattoon Illinois Burger King . Little guy was already using the name big guy company comes along and sues them.
