there is apparently no end to the desire of Americans to believe that the legal system can be used to stop ANYTHING they don't like or anything they think costs them money-- even money they only imagine might have been theirs someday. and, sadly, lawyers willing to take the money of such individuals and generate verbiage, more or less well disguised as proper lawsuits, in pursuit of shutting up, punishing, or otherwise negatively affecting those they've identified as Dastardly Enemies of their status or income (even if only putative status or imaginary income). One might even call it Trump Disease-- the constant use of lawyers to defy the law and evade consequences for lawless behaviors. Lawyers can still be found to serve Trump in this activity, despite his having stiffed all his previous lawyers, and the likelihood of his never paying for any legal work on the excuse that he "didn't get the results he wanted."

Perhaps Legal Masses could invent a scale for Ludicrous Lawsuit-ery using, for example, the word-salad generated by Sovereign Citizens as the nadir of the scale? What should the units of fake lawsuit be called....the "powell"? This lawsuit receives three Powells on a scale of one to five powells! A zero, as said, would be the sov-cit fake filings where they pretend to file lawsuits in fake courts they make up themselves... using no real laws or legal concepts and not even trying to follow any real legal procedures. At "one powell" perhaps would be the lawsuit some poor idiot tried to file suing Twitter for banning Trump-- basically EVERYTHING he said was wrong, but at least, didn't he try to file it in a REAL court instead of (as sov-cits do) making up a fake court or denying that real courts have jurisdiction? Where would the actual Kraken Lawsuits fit, being filed using improper precedures and fake evidence, but appealing to actual real laws, like Fourteenth Amendment protections, even if they got wrong what those mean? At least they did name a REAL Supreme Court decision, although only to swipe the phrase "Fraud invalidates everything" and try to use it for a ridiculous purpose.... thus being closer to what an ACTUAL LAWSUIT ought to be, although still far from reaching that goal. Elements of evaluation might be the making of actual arguments. although fallacious, and referring to actual laws, even if the legal theory upon which they torture those laws is absolutely meritless... I suppose the scale would really measure the amount and degree with which the filers of the "lawsuits" are actually pursuing proper relief or redress, acting within the judicial system as it is supposed to work, rather than MISUSING it for all sorts of other purposes contrary to the proper pursuit of justice.
