Watch an ILLEGAL ICE Courthouse Arrest (Patreon)

 In a previous video, we went over Judge Jed Rakoff's ruling finding that Trump's Executive Order on Immigration never actually gave any power to ICE to ramp up arrests at state-level courthouses. Judge Rakoff explained the legal reasoning behind the policy: that ICE arrests are disruptive and discourage parties from coming to court if they think ICE is out to get them. Let's take a look at one arrest that happened in my local courtsystem in March, 2020.
