Our hopes for a court's intervention in the #adpocaylpse were dashed when the Judge in the ZombieGoBoom case dismissed the entire matter after considering both parties' positions. The Judge said that the YouTube Terms of Service are clear and unambiguous. Ambiguity or worse would be required to find that the Terms are either unconscionable or in breach of the implied covenant of good faith.
