Change in Direction/Pause (Patreon)

Currently there's not really anyone here, but this will be for anyone who may come in the future. My released book "The Hungering Blade, Eye of Gold Book One" was not my favorite story to write or plan. I had an issue with freaking myself out over my ideas "not being good enough", and then I moved to a different idea, getting only a few chapters done each time before jumping to something else. My wonderful dad chastised me for this incredibly useless approach and pushed me to finish whatever I was working on at the time, which happened to be Hungering Blade.

Don't get me wrong, I'm proud of what I wrote... but it's not my favorite story idea by a long shot. The story will eventually continue, but I have no motivation for book 2 as I am right now.

So! I'm working on a different idea, one I've wanted to do for awhile! It's a GameLit/LitRPG story about a young man sucked into another world! Original, right? It's called Blood Shaper, and will be released (originally) as a serial.

Posts will happen once a day Mon-Fri for free on Royal Road, which I'll add a link to.

Patrons of various tiers will get a chance to get early chapters of Blood Shaper, and eventually if there's enough interest I'll look into publishing it in an ebook form.

Until then, enjoy the chapters, cause I'm loving writing them!

P.S. Top tier patrons will have a slightly weird release schedule, as you might not get one a day. I'll make sure to keep y'all ahead enough for it to be special, but I can't always get a full chapter done a day.

P.S.S. If it becomes a big deal to post five times a week, posting on everything might slow, but not too much, maybe from five days a week to three or something.
