First Investment

I would like to let anyone who supports me know that with my first patron's pledge I was able to afford purchasing a high quality sound library on bandcamp. All of his pledge this month went towards this purchase, so pretty much thanks to trywah, the immersive quality of all future videos will be vastly improved. This will always be true for everyone else's patronage, your support only helps enhance the quality of the videos you enjoy. Things like this are possible thanks to you.

I've been getting a ton of positive feedback all around, and for that I'm really thankful. I'm honestly really humbled by it and happy to hear that people liked the first video, since I know future videos will only go up in quality. 

My first video was more of an experiment, trying various things at once, but next month's will improve in every single aspect that was liked. Regarding its theme, for now, I can say that my next upload won't be as "vanilla."

Speaking of which, I'm currently working hard on the script for it. I do plan to keep a 10 minutes max. introduction at the beginning of all my videos, I care a lot about making the situation feel as realistic as possible and storytelling is a big part of that. Which is why scripting also takes around two thirds as much as editing in terms of time. I want to ensure the highest quality possible for it while maintaining it within a 10 minute limit. Since I also believe the real meat of the video is in the JOI part, of course!

To ensure I don't go over 10 minutes for the introduction and to reduce the time spent editing, I write within my editing program. Adding the lines roughly where I feel they'll go once I add the images. 

This week was mostly spent writing the introduction. Next week I'll finish writing the whole JOI part as well as finding appropriate images for the video. I will share a screenshot of the timeline like the one above so that every week you can see exactly how much the video has progressed.
