[WIP] Dominion Minion - Jay (Patreon)

I've been on a super hero kick lately, and it's just coincidence that the only real pictures I've done for it have both been otters... XD At least it's not an actual hero this time!

A WIP of a possible costume design for Jay! And a overall design motif for Dominion's minions in general. Sure, they'll likely actually have pants with their costumes, but I moreso mean the colors/design patterns...I'm sure I'll make a generic minion outfit at some point here. But anyway! Jay is a non-combatant team member under Dominion's employ, and he's used for various odd jobs around the base or out on missions, or for "retiring" especially troublesome heroes. It's a real silly idea, and between Jay and Eid/Splashdown, I'm beginning to think otters in general are just menaces in this setting... X3 But it's all in good fun, haha.

I am really enjoying designing outfits and goofy backstories/powers for people that might not otherwise think of their characters in a hero setting like this! It's a lot of fun. X3

How did I get so far on a goofy villain idea when I've still not finished his actual ref sheet yet... XD
