Permanent Promotion (Fomo/Sam) (Patreon)

I barely remember doing this one... XD I was real tired last night! But Humbug did a picture of Fomo with a "Sam belly" (you know, cause he ate Sam) a while back, and that set off a whole series of related ideas, and this was one of them! I guess City Hall has a rodent problem...Seems like it resolved itself though!

They've also got a position open now too, for completely unrelated reasons. Yep. X3

I maybe got carried away with the dialogue on this, but it can be fun to mess with a completely oblivious viewer/observer in vore scenarios. Even if it's totally ridiculous that they wouldn't realize what happened, or what's being implied. XD
