Skunk Club - Stream Sketches - 09/09/2021 (Patreon)

Whew, finally finished this one! ❤ Done during the stream the other day, where I somehow decided coloring and adding some shading was a great idea to a picture with so many characters! Though to be fair, coloring in all that fur and those stripes was quite cathartic...It was satisfying in a way? Not as satisfying as a wuff full of skunk is going to be in a bit here, but still! X3

Thank you to the cute folk who let me doodle their skunks showing off the club jackets! This picture was challenging in a lot of ways, and gosh I need to work on my sketchy style more...There were a lot of stray lines and things to clean up, even after the stream, and it took me until now to get it into a presentable state, haha. The light filtering through the leaves was a last minute idea that was real tough to pull off, and I'm still not 100% certain I did it well enough...But it's definitely something I want to try doing again soon. Not to mention getting the shading darkness and saturation levels right...I probably should've used a correction layer instead of trying to adjust multiple layers by hand, but... *shrugs*

There's always more to learn! And more cute skunks to draw! Expect a swallow, er, follow-up to this sometime soon! ❤
