Fomo recovers from his surprise (with some snacks), and doesn't even ask for milk!  :D  He's explained things to Nyn, who seems to have some sort of plan in mind...Hmmm...

I'm glad I finally got to this page, I'd had the idea in mind for ages now, haha.  This is kind of the crux of Fomo's character; it's all based on a clip from some 90's anime a friend linked me to once, yeeears ago. X3

In the video, a strangely dressed guy prevents a mugging by (very dramatically) pants-ing himself, and then running (very rapidly) towards the thugs in a real strange and disturbing way. XD  He then proceeded to knock them both out in one punch while yelling something like "love-me-do!", before going on to explain that it was a completely normal punch, but that anyone could be taken out in one hit if properly disoriented/confused.

...So!  Years later, that's basically what led to Fomo's personality. XD  He's not super strong, or tough, or heck even brave, honestly.  But he knows how to get to people, either getting them flustered with teasing, or confused that things aren't going as planned, and that's when he turns the tables.
