Pledge Tier Updates (and Sketch Suggestions now open!) (Patreon)

I've added in Discord rewards to the $15 tier! This is simply: 1) a way to submit suggestions to the "Patreon-Suggestions" channel, and 2) a way to view art uploaded here another way, in the "Patreon-Art" channel!  Not necessary of course, but thought it'd be a fun way to add in that functionality.

Just make sure you have your Discord account tied to your Patreon account to access the channels.
