The best workout routines are the ones that you stick to. The reason why I suggest you guys start here is because the workouts are very common, easy to learn, and easy to watch your progress. It'll hit the majority of your most important muscles on your body, burn fat, help you to gain muscle, the whole shebang bang.

If you want to gain muscle, eat 300-500 calories more than what you see. If you want to lose fat, eat 300-500 calories less. Eat PLENTY of protein. We can talk diet in detail if you want to know more. I personally eat lots of chipotle, chicken, rice, and.... more chipotle, lol.
