This month's reward will be this Jeriko design as a 3" x 4" glossy sticker with a transparent background. This is for $7 tier patrons only! Shipping anywhere is fine~

Please note that you *must* fill out this form if you want a sticker! If you're pledging to the $7 tier but you do not fill out this form, you will not receive a sticker.

I will leave this form open until Nov 23rd and once I've collected all responses after the form closes I will order the stickers and mail them asap!
