“Damn, I was like, off for the night!” Cynthia said as they got out of the car in front of the run-down motel.

“This shouldn’t take long,” Beth said. “We just need somewhere Jeremy can’t find.”

Sylvia quickly paid for a room. She took the key and led them to room 107.

“So which one of you is first?” Cynthia said. “The granny is $50 and I’ll do the little boy for $25 but no penetration.”

“No, it’s not like that...” Beth said, blushing. He reached into his pocket and pulled out something wrapped in cloth. “This is a Reckoning Stone. It should set us back the way we were.”

Sylvia looked down at it. She could feel something, a thrum emanating from the object. “What does it do?”

“It reverses any magical spells that have been cast upon you. I’m hoping it will restore us back to how we were.”

“Back to how we were?” Cynthia said. “Like, before I got into porn?”

“You weren’t always like this. We weren’t always like this.”

Sylvia thought about that. She remembered...something. But it was fading, like watching a movie she had seen a long time ago.

“So what do we do?”

“You sit in front of it, then close your eyes, and make a wish, supposedly,” Beth said. “You wish to return to how you were before the spell, and it will reverse any magic used on you.”

Sylvia nodded. “Better do it quick, because it’s getting hard for me to remember.”

Beth nodded and took a breath. He closed his eyes...

Sylvia could feel something pulling from the object. The air around Beth began to sparkle and shimmer. In a few moments, his body was engulfed in a blue fire that quickly began to change him.

His hair lengthened, and the lips plumped. In a few moments Bethany as she had been took shape.

Moments later, Bethany sat fully restored. “Oh, thank God!” she said, feeling herself up and down.

“Wow, I’d do you for free,” Cynthia said, smiling.

“Your turn, Mrs. Fuller. Just sit here and wish to have all magic removed and to be like you were.”

Cynthia sighed. “But...I likes how I is, now.”

“Believe me, you’ll thank me later.”

Cynthia sighed, then flounced down into the seat.

“Now close your eyes, and wish to be back the way—”

“I know, I know, just let me do it!”

She closed her eyes, and the process was repeated. Engulfed in blue fire, a few moments later, Sylvia saw Jeremy’s mother sitting in the same seat, and again realization washed over him.

“Mom! Beth!” Sylvia felt a rush of adrenalin. “Oh, I hope this works!”

Cynthia shook her head as if coming out of a fog. “Oh, me too. Sit down, son, and let’s get you out of that body!”

“Wait, let’s think about this a moment,” Bethany said. “If the magic spell on Jeremy is reversed, will it be the original Sylva who sits here? She could capture us in her spells again if she is.

Sylvia nodded. “Or it could be me in my original body,” Jeremy said.

“And we’ll have one very pissed witch out there,” Cynthia continued.

Bethany sighed. “Well, there’s not a lot we can do about it. If it is Sylvia in mind and body who appears here, we’ll need to take advantage of her disorientation and restrain her, since Jeremy will be wherever she is right now.”

“I hope she’s not driving,” Sylvia said. “I might crash and end things before I even know what happened.”

“When you make your wish, Jeremy, be sure to wish to be in your original body and to be right here.”

Sylvia nodded. “Alright, I’ll try that.”

Sylvia sat and focused her mind. She could remember being Jeremy, now, and how it felt to be so young, masculine, and strong. She remembered her friends, remembered making love with Bethany, remembered his mother and how she snuggled him and kissed him good night even now.

In her mind, she thought: Return me to my original body and allow me to be right here.

She could feel the pulse from the object, feel the blue fire surrounding her.

She felt a pulling sensation, could feel Jeremy resisting, from wherever he was. The stone’s intensity increased, and Sylvia shivered in it’s grip, trembling as the stone fought against the magic of the ancient witch, tearing the fabric of reality apart. Sylvia felt a shearing as if her soul was being rent from her body.

She screamed, but she no longer had a throat to scream with. Caught in the power of magic, the chaos swirled around her a tempest of power, might and magic that was so fierce she knew she would lose herself forever.

Then, with a concussion of a thousand bombs, reality came back in a thunderclap.

The stone was gone, pulled into whatever dimension had intruded for that brief time.

She looked down on Jeremy’s strong hands, shoulders, and body. Feeling her face, she could feel his strong jaw and the stubble of beard.

Standing up, she staggered, unused to this large awkward body.

“It worked!” Bethany squealed, throwing her arms around her. “You’re back where you belong!”

“Oh, son, I’m so happy to see you!” Cynthia said, squeezing her arm.

Sylvia held Bethany. “Yeah, um...I’m back in Jeremy’s body.”

Bethany blinked up at him. “Doesn’t that make you happy?”

Sylvia frowned,  looking over them both. She should have been happy, she definitely started out as Jeremy but...

“Something is still very very wrong,” she said.

Bethany let him go. “What babe?”

Sylvia scratched her head. “I don’t know. I mean, I know I used to be Jeremy, was born Jeremy...but.”

“But what, son?” Cynthia said.

“I dunno, I still feel like I’m Sylvia.” He frowned, looking down at his hands.

“Oh, I’m sure that will go away in time,” Cynthia said. “You’ll start to feel like your old self before you know it!”

“And I’ll help,” Bethany said with a grin, running her hands over his chest. “In any way I can.”

“So what do we do now?” Sylva said. “I mean, Jeremy is still out there and is probably mad as hell.”

“You mean Sylvia is out there and mad as hell, hon.” Cynthia touched his chin. “You are Jeremy.”

“Whoever it is, is probably pissed as hell.” Sylvia looked out the window. “He’s going to be looking for us and if he finds us...”

“We’ll be lampshades, I get it,” Bethany said.  “We need a way to fight her.”

“If we still had that stone, we could at least negate anything she might do to us,” Sylvia said. “But without it...”

Cynthia nodded. “Sweetheart, you said you still feel like Sylvia.”

Sylvia nodded.

“Does that mean you have access to her magic?”

“Hmm, good point.” Sylvia closed her eyes and tried to open her third eye, but it refused to open. “No, sadly, I can’t even open my third eye.”

“Well, it was worth a try.”

“Let’s go see guru Venkman,” Cynthia said. “He can at least give us some advice.”

Cynthia nodded. “I’m exhausted though, and this room is at least paid for through the night. Why don’t we get some sleep and head out in the morning.”

Both the women nodded. “That sounds good.”

“I can sleep on the sofa,” Sylvia said. “You two can take the bed.”

“Aww,” Bethany said. “I was hoping to remind you a bit more.” She giggled.

Cynthia nodded. “Yes, you two take the bed, and I’ll sleep on the couch. You’re too tall anyway, Jeremy.”

Sylvia shivered when she said the name. It felt so wrong somehow.

They all went to their respective places, and Cynthia turned off the lights.

“Mmmmm, hey there handsome,” Bethany said, snuggling up to Sylvia.

“Hey yourself,” Sylvia said.

In a few moments, they could hear the soft sounds of Cynthia snoring from the couch.

“She must have been tired,” Sylvia said.

“Yeah, the kinda day she had and the guys—”

“I don’t wanna know,” Sylvia said.

Bethany started unbuttoning Sylvia’s vest, kissing her lightly on her bare chest.

Sylvia remembered this from Jeremy’s past. The way Bethany loved to be intimate, and how oral she’d been. In a few moments, both of their clothes were off and—

“Oh my God!” Bethany said in a harsh whisper.

“Oh, Beth..” Sylvia said, peering down. “Your chest.”

“And you don’t have a—” Bethany said, hands between Sylvia’s legs.

They both were eerily similar. Small hard nipples on flat male chests, smooth skin, and...female below. Although Bethany had what looked like..”

“I think I might be growing a penis!” she said, looking down.

“I knew something was missing,” Sylvia said.

Bethany started to cry. “I thought for sure we were back to how we’d been!”

“Apparently when it restored your body it didn’t restore your femininity,” Sylvia said.

“Or your masculinity!”

“Don’t cry, honey. There’s still a lot we could...”

Bethany nodded, “True.”

“I am pretty exhausted though. Shall we get some sleep and see what we can do in the morning?”

Bethany nodded, laying her head down on Sylvia’s chest. She was almost instantly asleep.

Sylvia held her, eyes sliding shut, wondering what Jeremy might be going through and what the morning might bring.
