Hotfix 1.8.2b fixes a crash in Bayonetta 2 and Star Fox Zero.  

How to get Cemu 1.8.2b:

Download via Patreon login here. Click 'Allow' and you will be forwarded to a page with the download link.

If the download doesn't work, don't panic. Just try again a few minutes later and if it still doesn't work, you can send us a private message and we will provide you with an alternative download link.

How to upgrade if you already have an older version of Cemu installed:

We recommend you to make a backup of your previous Cemu installation first. After that you can simply copy and replace the files over your existing Cemu installation. This way you can keep saves, settings and game updates intact.

Old Cemuhook is not yet compatible with 1.8.2. Delete dbhhelp.dll from the Cemu directory to use it without cemuhook

I don't know if this is the proper place to voice this but as a patron I think it'd be good if you could bring on Rajkosto (creator of CEMU hook) to the team. He seems to be very capable and could probably help expedite some things with the emulator. Just my 10 cents (or should I say 5 dollars :D).

Fullscreen problem with a shortcut on the desktop is always here... Mario Tennis Crash... Other game look like 1.8.1. Maybe a video to see improvment ? Exzap , have you found the problem for the fullscreen mode with -f shortcut?

I agree that Rajkosto should be considered to be brought onto the team; if not that then maybe working closer with him at least could be positive for everyone? I don't see why he couldn't have had 1.8.2 a day early to have a new version of cemuhook ready, or to give an experienced and skilled tester's insight.

Hey, weirdly enough this version doesn't want to start on my computer (even without the hook)... The window doesn't even appear - nothing happens. Anyone's got an idea as of why ?

Guess we'll wait for cemuhook.. lol. Meanwhile, we can compile our shader cache, seeing as how the new version removes a bug while storing in the .bin causes no change and it recompiles each time (during gameplay,) ... hopefully recompiling with this version will be the thing to do.

BoTW runs pretty smooth without Cemuhook (bounces between 20 to 28.5 FPS) but I'm still looking for a solid 30 somehow (this is also including a new recompile of the shader cache with this new version) ; of course we don't know how a new Cemuhook version will affect the game now, either.

Played BOTW for 5 hours with no crashes, did lots of teleporting and gliding vast distances into towns (which usually causes crashes), this is the most stable version to date. Can we have the CPU fence Hack placed back into the menu in the next version please, had to re download cheat engine to get that "60fps" feel. When cheat engine wasnt running, i was getting 25-30fps in all areas. My specs 6700k, GTX1080FE and 16GB ram

Hi, just add the line disableGPUFence = true under [graphics] in the 00050000101c9500.ini found in gameprofiles folder. Don't forget to lock cemu at 30fps. You'll have to wait cemuhook only for cutscene decoding and motion control if you use it.

Hi, no you won't need a new one :) It will only remake the precompiled file at the first launch.

Exzap I downloaded the latest version 1.8.2 which said that minecraft should run, but instead when I try to launch it, it crashes with a black screen after the first 5 seconds. 1.8.2b may have a memory leak that people have been discussing on Reddit. Just an FYI to anyone "running out of memory," aka RAM.

team cemu i gotta question but first good work in this build i can play star fox at 60fps 4k without a problem, my question is why banetta 2 has a flashing issues still , it is the only thing that separate it from perfection , in the other hand , pokemon tournament it is a good game and many patreons incluiding me would be happy if we can get some good news of its possible emulation.

Well THAT is really impressive ! First build (after 1.8.0x) which runs BotW literally way better than on my Wii U (Intel 6700K + GTX 1070 + 4k graphic pack). Also first build that makes me consider continuing (er.. finishing) the game in Cemu instead of on Wii U, knowing that I can transfer my saves back and forth between my Wii U and Cemu.

Make sure you moved in your new serial.bin into the Cemu directory. You can also try redownloading.
