Patreon update (Patreon)

Hi everyone! Just fixed all the mess that I had on the page with the Patreon exclusive content, now on my main page of Patreon you'll find this tags, let me explain what it means each one.

-sims 3 cars: All Patreon exclusive cars for The Sims 3 are there.

 -sims 4 cars: All Patreon exclusive cars for The Sims 4 are there. 

-packs: Don't want to download the cars one per one? Well just pick a pack, one for The Sims 3 and one for The Sims 4, it includes all current Patreon exclusive content for each game.

-core mod: Currently there's only the cars light interactive mod where you can turn on or turn off your car's light just using the interaction.

-discord: You'll find the link for my Discord server
