Hello all,

You might have noticed it, the patreon recently unlocked a new goal thanks to your continued support, and "The Kitsushi" will be coming back!

If you've followed me for at least five years or if you've explored content I created in the past, you might remember that "The Kitsushi" was the first comic I worked on. A black and white comic with... very dense pages, to say the least: https://www.deviantart.com/pixiveo/gallery/50176830/the-kitsushi
I stopped publishing it because I was unable to do regular uploads, and I wanted to resume the uploads once it was complete. I added it as a patreon goal as I believed that there might be some who are still waiting for the comic to continue, and with an expected publishing of one page per month, it was something I could now handle.

However, while I didn't upload a new page since 2015, I kept working on it. Part of the work was to clarify and introduce the story, which resulted in new pages being inserted before the currently published page (basically, the old page 1 is now page 12). Of course I also worked on pages past the already published pages.

Now the big question: I could resume publishing The Kitsushi with either the new content added before the existing pages (it doesn't change the story at all, just clarifies some things), or with the new content after the existing pages (hence resuming the story where it stopped). Or I could focus on Log Myu first and foremost and set The Kitsushi aside until the former is over. Where is your preference going to?

I created a poll for the sake of simplicity, but if you have a more developed opinion to formulate, feel free to comment!

I would say finish log myu first or atleast a good chunk and then slowly ease into the kitsushi either with a fresh introduction or just from where you stopped, i think most people are more invested in log myu right now :P (including myself)

I voted to resume The Kitsushi from the current point. As much as I'm invested in Log Myu, there's a lot of nostalgic value in The Kitsushi. Plus it seems like a much quicker story so it could easily be slotted into a break point in Log Myu. Though I am against restarting the story because it would just be rehashing the same things we've already seen. Glad to see there's a possibility of continuing it. Though I'll enjoy your comics whatever you (and the audience) decide to do!

Log Myu is only just now getting to the good part, I'd rather see more of that now.

I reckon log myu would stay at the same pace or would you have to prioritize one over the other?

While I have quite a few pages of The Kitushi almost complete, none is really finished. In all likeness, finishing a page would take me roughly as much time as drawing a Log Myu page from scratch. As I have little spare time at the moment, it most likely would replace a Log Myu page.

Yep, it has a much quicker pace, thanks to these dense pages ^^

While I appreciate both comics, log myu is the one I am most invested in right now and would prefer if work on it wasn't slowed for another project.

Personally i would say focus on log myu. Due to the kitsushis much faster pace i would be happier with it just featuring a couple of times a month. I wouldnt mind seeing the extra pages at the start of the kitsushi, but you could add those extra pages in after the comic is done as like a prequel ish for people wanting extra kitsune content, since people dont really want to see you put a total restart on the story.

If or when you do ever come back to it, you should add the new pages and maybe rework it ^w^ I’m curious of what you’ve come up with :3

While seeing kitushi being revived would be amazing, I'm loving log myu. The slow pacing and in depth character development is top notch and now I need to know if Myu's gonna fufill her dreams! That's my opinion at least.
