Poll rules update (Patreon)

Hi all,

Quick update regarding carryover votes, this time to tweak a bit the percentages of votes being carried over by suggestions from poll to poll.

Here is how it will work starting today:

• The suggestion in 2nd place keeps 50% of its votes (no change)

• The suggestion in 3rd place keeps 40% of its votes instead of 25%

• All other suggestions keep 30% of their votes instead of 25%

The main reason for these changes is to rebalance polls. They're currently a little too predictable and hardly give a chance to returning suggestions other than the one in 2nd place. The suggestion in 3rd place should now be a stronger competitor on top of making the poll results more interesting. All other suggestions should accumulate votes a little faster than before compared to new suggestions.

What I'll now watch is whether the gap between new suggestions and returning suggestions is too high.
