Extracted within my research project of the game. The Mega link contains the Police Officer model from Saints Row: The Third Remastered and their textures, along with 5 heads (eyes are properly rigged). Hat and glasses can be hidden. Patreon link contains Substance Designer file (SBS) where you can choose color for the uniform, plus Blender file with all the materials set.

Model extracted with Ninja Ripper 2.0.14 beta. It's rigged so it could be animated.
* I've restored the rig from the character templates released by Volition.
