Sometimes when you import game model with some script you may loose or not load information about vertex normals causing your model look blocky. In this video I'll show you how to make your skinned models smooth in 3ds max.

I use 3ds max 2016 but this method works for any max version.

p.s.: works also for non-skinned models.
