Should the Junior Cadets be used as literal jailbait for catching certain tricky criminals? Like, they would be on fishing line and everything lol.

And, being such a new, yet experienced Junior Cadet, would you suppose there might be a sporting rivalry w/ the other JCs as they try to win their instructor's favor. Sorority pranks gone wrong, that sorta thing. My minds all over the place right now. Sorry. :/
