There's a missing sequence here of exactly how this happened. I would assume that she's doing contortions and then gets stuck with her legs crossed/folded behind her head. She's stuck like that for some time and hasn't fed the creature, it's way passed feeding time. The creature comes in, she says she's stuck etc, sorry that she can't feed him, maybe asks to be freed. He puts her foot in his mouth, she says no you can't eat that, then he points to her head with a confused look. She says no, definitely not.... and then he stuffs her head in his mouth, slowly stuffing her down. Once he gets he butt all the way in, her head pops out of his butt. She can barely speak because hear neck is being squeezed so tightly. She complains that she thinks he broke some of her bones, begs not to be digested and then describes in agony as she's being digested though somewhat muffled because he's now sitting with her face only visible through a crack. When she is stuck her butt is visible in the mirror. When her head pops out, her face is partially digested and she cries when seeing it in the mirror. As she's being digested and more room is being made her head starts to slip back inside, she complains that she's slipping back inside and doesn't want to be digested and turned into poo, that it hurts, etc, still crying to be let out in the last moments as her mouth is visible out his butt.
