Konichiwa!

Back in one of our overall favourite countries. After the unfortunate cancellation of the China dates due to visa issues we found ourselves with a few extra days off in Japan. Once again, this is unusual for us and our touring schedule, so to take advantage of the situation we ventured out of the main city for a day trip with nature because we don't know when we will have another opportunity like this one whilst in Japan.

The boys head out again to take on a couple of the Mount Takao hiking tracks and experience some of Japan's wonderful landscapes. Laughing all the way as usual.

Mount Takao (高尾山 Takao-san) is a mountain standing at 599 metres in the city of Hachiōji, Tokyo, Japan. It is protected within Meiji no Mori Takao Quasi-National Park. Hiking to the top of Mount Takao takes an average of 90 minutes, but the time may vary depending on the method used to climb the mountain. Visitors to Mount Takao can choose to start climbing from the base, or take a chair lift to obtain the selfies for social media.
