Sante down 2 tiers, Played vs him a couple times now and he feels alot weaker, his Q deals 20 less dmg max rank which he maxes and spams so it hurts him alot, and he has to be more careful about his mana usage and loses his biscuits faster now, his E also shields less.

Trundle moved out of counters, insane buffs. S tier because hes a bit situational, easily S+ tier if enemy picks tanky topside. Also the turret changes helps trundle.

In general this patch tanks are weaker due to their turrets falling will give the enemy fiora more gold. People will play more champs like Trundle Fiora this patch aswell.
