gragas support nerfed 

lulu quite big buffs and also kog buffs, think duoq lulu + jinx/kog/vayne/ashe/varus etc isnt bad, but soloq lulu is not the best unless u are just an enchanter player

taric decent buffs, still very matchup dependant

trundle sup buffs, good vs rell etc

moonstone buffed

Maybe Alistar, Rell etc is S tier insteas of S+ cus chemtank keeps getting hit, rell can go shurelyas tho maybe, but not sure about alistar, i think item changes dont matter that much for supports tho, alistar is still strong
