Morgana clear is SOOOO BROKEN, obviously morgana needs to have value in the game with her black shield, but she can also just play to be an AP carry, she hurts.

XIN down a tier, people stopped playing him so i dont know much anymore about him

Jungle impacted the most by lucidity boots change out of any role, you can no longer get lucidity boots on certain clear timers, have to go future market instead of biscuits if u want it maybe

Zac buffs are okay, he has some other issues in the meta tho

mundo still will be okay as a counter pick but decent nerf.

Olaf, Heca, Udyr type of champs kinda nerfed by moonstone changes, less enchanters.

Not sure how good new rammus is yet, he can do some crazy ganks with his new Q R thingy, but not sure if S+, his clear is still shit

I think karthus is really really close to being s+, he is a strong champ for sure but he has alot less damage than he used to have, on his Q and in general due to items, also people go stopwatch/(zhonyas more often now than before which hurts him.
