Ukraine has officially been given the status of a candidate country for the European Union. We have been doing this for 20 years. It is very important for us.

Probably everyone already knows about the tragedy that happened in Kremenchug. A few days ago, a Russian cruise missile hit a shopping mall at 5:00 pm. There were about 1000 people there. A fire broke out, as a result of which nothing remained of the shopping center. Many people have been hurt. The burnt ruins have already been dismantled. 18 corpses and 38 remains of various bodies. It is clear that after such a fire, not everyone will be found. I do not understand why Russia has not yet been recognized worldwide as a terrorist country.

This is far from the first attack on civilian infrastructure. Russia uses the tactics of intimidation of the general population so that no one feels safe anywhere. It doesn't matter if it's not a military facility. The rocket can reach any house, park, stadium or store.

The same tactic has been used by Russia in capturing its people in demonstrations for the past 10 years. They arrested not only activists, but also ordinary people, all in a row. Then people understand that they can detain even a simple passer-by and are afraid to go to demonstrations or even be close by.

There is information that the Commander-in-Chief of the General of the Front has again been replaced in Moscow, and for about a week there have been rocket attacks on the cities of Ukraine, as at the beginning of the war. Apparently it is necessary to curry favor and show efficiency. Right now, as I write this text, an air raid alert went off.

Sometimes about 40-60 cruise missiles fly a day. Many targets are random, they can fly anywhere, even just in the field. Some missiles shoot down air defense systems.

In addition, this is a lot of money, each of the missiles has a cost of 4 million dollars. Russia is spending a lot of money on this war. It is also very sad that some of the missiles are flying from Belarus. They gave their territory to Russia to attack Ukraine. So we can say that they are also drawn into the war. In addition, Lukashenka (the self-proclaimed president of Belarus) is preparing soldiers for a direct attack by the Belarusian army on Ukraine, now these are not only threats, his army is on the border.

Experts say Putin's new plan is to draw as many countries as possible into the war in order to claim that he is not at war with Ukraine, but with NATO countries and the United States. In fact, it will already be the third world. He's crazy.

The situation at the front is also not very good, last week the Russians captured Severodonetsk, now there are battles for Lisichansk. The city turns into ruins. Russian artillery is still 10 times superior to ours. We are slowly retreating. The enemy also suffers heavy losses.

The only good news is that 144 captured soldiers were released and exchanged. Of these, 70 are Azovstal servicemen. Heroes defending Mariupol. They are all badly wounded and the Russians exchanged them because they simply don't want to treat them.

I just read that this night a rocket hit a nine-story building in a southern resort, about 20 people died, many were injured.

I see terrible photos from the war that spoil the mood for the whole day, I will not post them here. On the days when I draw, I try to watch less news, otherwise I won't be able to draw. It's like two different worlds.

My heart shrinks from everything that happens.

Thanks for support! Every time I post here, I feel a little better. It's like talking to someone, speaking out. It is important to know that someone understands and empathizes with us. That there is more good in the world than evil.
