fun fact Turns Heesoo was (and still is) a Newnion member. in fact she and Newnion leader Seoyoung was the one who created Newnion. the reason for the different team on SGF was because Nain asked her to join her crew before Newnion decided to participate in SGF and she gladly accepted as they have been a long time friend. the two of them first registered with Amazon's Hyerim, Nohwon, Injeong (i forgot the crew name) but after the "drama" they separated and Nain Heesoo duo recruited their junior in school (Nanju, Nahyun, Chaewon) to form Turns. so unlike Newnion, Turns is just a temporary crew, all the members has their own crew outside SGF for example Nain is a JustJerk member.

the reason why Nain and Hyerim need to form a temporary crew is because they are part of famous dance crew/dance academy in SK. Nain is JustJerk and Hyerim is 1Million so aside from the fact it's not fair for that 2 crew to participate they also doesn't have enough high school members. from what i remember Nain was the youngest in JustJerk, not sure if she still is. and ofc it's rare for a huge dance academy like 1Million to have a high school student as choreographer, i remember many people was surprised to see Hyerim joining 1Million
