New OC time! This is Vendetta, a powerful crime boss and dominatrix who runs the criminal underworld of *insert name of city everyone lives in here*. Ambitious, level-headed, and cruel, she's a woman who knows what she wants, and has the means to get it. And pity anyone who gets in her way - they'll be in for a hell of a laugh once she gets her hands on them.

Also yeah I know, another redhead villain - but to be fair I was originally gonna have Asteria be purple, so Vendetta's color scheme came first.
...The domme-y thing is similar though, I can't deny that. But whereas Asteria is more playful in her antics, Vendetta's a bit more serious - and a bit more sensual.
