Carol did not get any votes in the last round, so she will end up in Tier 4. Justine was tied for first, which means if she scores highly again she will be retired to Tier 1.

Our one newcomer to the list is the A Present Fantasy version of patron Xurnami's eponymous OC. In that setting, the altersex hyena/dragon hybrid is a leading mind in the field of Chimeric Aesthetic Alchemy and was part of the civil suit which redefined what "chimera" meant. Currently runs a clinic for aesthetic alterations, which funds further research. She first appeared in story #27, Sales Pitch
