Could you clarify what you mean by 'fantasy sexual configuration'? As in, a unique and new form of genitalia?

In theory, yes and I really should explore that more. In practice, altersex just means a configuration of primary and secondary sex characteristics in a way that is highly unlikely to occur naturally. such as, a character with a an exaggerated hourglass figure with both a vagina and a penis which itself is a fantasy since it considerably larger than average.
