Hey, all. Misty F here!

First off, the next semester of grad school started last week.

Secondly, I have two stories that I'm stalled on. One is a reality warp story about wanting something, and the other is some goo-from-space, merging-type stuff. I want to get one done before the end of the month; given the first point, we'll see how that goes.

Lastly, I'm working on the next bit of Boiled Egg, my redo of Boiled Frog, but I am trying to work out Lisa's characterization a bit more. This is the stretch of the narrative where Julie gets really weird about her relationship with Chris/Tina. I want Lisa to be a bit more of a stabilizing influence here so that the part after this works better. I'll admit I'm also stalling a little bit because I don't want to have to deal with Dee's reintroduction to the story. Yes, she plays a pivotal role by being an outside influence at a time when intervention is necessary. However, she is also part of why I feel like the story jumps the shark.
