Dark Alley Elf- Trial version (Patreon)

Today we have a little surprise for everyone, and some good and bad news.

Let me get straight to the bad news:

I didn't think that this would happen, but someone leaked a playable version of the Dark Alley Elf demo to the public.

We won't post a link to where it was leaked, but it really happened.

This is particuarly problematic because the game isn't out yet.

However, it was just a demo version so damage is minimal.

(but damage is still damage)

The good news:

Because of this we decided it's for the best to share the game with all Patrons of 5 $ tier and up.

There's no point in withholding it if it's out there already.

So you can play it now from the official source, which is us.

Because of this we also decided to tighten up a bit on the Beta testing.

Since this game is planned to be sold on various platforms, we can't risk a leak of the full game ahead of time.

Our original intent was to release a test version of the full game to Patrons of $20 and upwards, but we need to reconsider this because of the leak.

We know that this inconveniences some people, but want to thank you in advance for your understanding.

We haven't decided on how to handle this yet, but as things are right now we just can't ignore what happened.

And yes, Patrons of 5 $ tier upwards will still get the full version of the game once it's out.
