Schnee can only manipulate magic outside of bodies and she's fast. But that's all what she can do. So whenever someone got abilities that stay in their users bodies, she can't do anything. So you could say, yes, she is highly specialised in manipulating magic, it may even seem overpowered at first glance, but therefore she isn't that good with other tasks =) And her damage potential is quite low. So she is good agains magicians, but not good against stronger physical fighters. Since she's a demon, she is stronger than the average human, but she would have troubles with other demons who rely on their strength. As example, Claire would be almost useless agains Schnee, since she relies on her abilities a lot, but someone like Minori or Hyena, who are strong physical fighters, have an advantage against Schnee^^
