You're joking, right? I sent a support ticket when I went down to the free player status and was told by you that you didn't see any issue. I clarified my trouble and was told "you are free to spend less." Now I am billed for BOTH the Patreon and the Platinum card and the seasons pass?!?!

Yes, the problem with the music always on is solved at last, thank you. It's been confirmed by the club members as well. About Rick Gordon's remark, I have to say some of the people we contact by tickets have indeed a habit to answer there's never anything wrong and send us piss off... :p Maybe I'll try talking with you about a problem that arose recently (also reported by club members) if you allow me...
