Here!
I'm really bad at explaining stuff, haha, but I hope it helps! I tried explaining some things a little more than before, but in any case, this is better understood if seeing the PSD file I posted earlier ´ w´ )7

I hope it's useful : D

It's actually remarkably useful. I use a similar process to this (when I'm not too lazy to color something digitally), though yours is a lot more refined. I also typically try to work in using the sketch as a color-burn layer because I like the effect, but this relies a lot on the sketch being shaded carefully, and/or using lighter/darker shades of color than intended for the end result.

Thanks : D it's greatly appreciated. Hehe, and by refined, thank you! I think it's just... overtime I find myself adding more and more to it cause I'm never 100% satisfied, haha; Also yeah, cases like the color burn (or overlay in mine) work a lot better if the sketch itself is clean and shaded beforehand

You say overtime, and that's partly it, but what I mean is that you have more experience than I do coloring digitally, so you know how the process works a bit better, and what things you can do to add that extra touch to it. And yeah, having a clean sketch is definitely a necessity in these. For color burns in particular, for the sketch itself, it's actually best to specifically have "light" areas shaded darker, and darker areas eased up on. The burn amplifies contrast quite sharply, so if a dark area of the sketch is burned onto a light color, it evens out. but if a light area is burned onto a lighter color, it brightens sharply and you don't see the sketch at all. Thus, this method kinda makes the sketch itself look odd. Still a method in progress.
