First reaction Video (Patreon)

So pony live came out, it was fun... well I mean it was a pain to actually make the video between copyright and long render times. but I guess that's my idea of fun now. 

(I also didn't use my gloves for finger tracking here)

So notes and what learned from making this video 

(i don't think i'll type up something like this every video but for now sure)

so i learned something with the blend shapes. right now when going back to edit some of the facial animation mouth curls down, was for some reason being triggered a lot, which would give a more "box" like smile to the poses.

Now, this was learned too late to be used on the next long-form video, as that's already with the editor. but it is another tool for me to use. 

While mocap is great and makes life so much easier, it still comes with its own issues. Normally. I wouldn't be the performer. So I'm not used to having to over emote as much as I do for clean captures. I also can't monitor capture while performing at the same time. 

an Ideal set up would be having a 3 man crew but that gets cramped in office space the size I have.
