Video Chat Promotion! (Patreon)

We're running a special promotion this month to try to increase our pledges. There are a ton of you at the $1 tier--and we are incredibly grateful to all of you!--but changes to the way Patreon charges credit cards has sent almost all of that $1 to fees, and not to us. So we want to see if we can bump you up to a higher tier, and maybe gain a few new patrons in the process. 

During November ONLY, every patron at the $3 tier--and every patron at every higher tier--will get to participate in our first and only Writing Excuses video chat, scheduled for the evening of Saturday, November 30. This is an exclusive event just for you, to thank you for supporting us. If you're currently pledging $1, and if you can afford a couple of extra bucks a month, please consider upping your pledge to the new $3 tier (or an even higher one, we don't mind). 

Why do we want to raise pledges? Because we think that video chats are a cool idea, and we want to do more of them, but good video equipment is expensive. If enough of you raise your pledge, or if enough new people sign up during this promotion, we'll invest in some good equipment and do videos more often--not just chats, but panels and special guests and cooking classes and all kinds of things. We have PLANS. But we need that equipment first, so raise your pledge and tell all your friends, and let's see what we can do.
