YouTube has unfortunately started a new form of demonetisation where they demonetise every video on a person's channel permanently and without warning, I have seen it happen to a few people now, as well as friend of mine.  

I assume this is partly a mistake on their end, decided by a computer review system (they imply it is manual but I am sceptical of that) and that this will be reversed on the accounts I've seen. BUT

I just wanted to thank all of you for you amazing support of the last year or so. I will never stop making videos, never, starting my channel was the best decision I have ever made. If my channel was ever affected by this I could still get by because of you. I would just become a patreon only creator and you would see almost no change to the videos :) Without you I would be terrified though, what they have done is terrible.  

The good news is the new video will be done by Thursday next week!! I have changed my process and upgraded my computer and am getting almost twice as much done per day. Very happy with the outcome too.

No, thank YOU. Seeing a new video notification from your channel brightens our days. My girlfriend, who doesn't even game really, will often ask, "hey, does that British guy have any new videos?" 😂

This is such a scary thing for any YouTuber. I saw it on Twitter too and for it to happen to larger people, not only smaller is just shocking. Glad that you have Patreon though and if something goes wrong, you'll still be able to manage

Most of these do wind up being automatic (there's just WAYYY too much content for manual review on a regular basis). What did they claim was the reason for the -DM?
