Hello All,

I wanted to tackle something slithery this time around, I have some very interesting plans for this one too lol.

I honestly feel like the challenge part is always increasing the more complex the project. So, what I'm doing is more or less looking into the creation of a Lizard type Monster Girl.

References are pretty vague as nothing really resembles what I'm going for. But, we are up to the challenge.

This is honestly the first draft let's say of going through in Substance to mix and match stuff around to see how would it look? I kind of like the results so it's proceeding to make it more complex from there, lucky for me though I have Raima as a base so the Base Female texture/morphs is kind of covered 😃

Still pretty much a lot of cleaning to do, specially on the normal maps area so to speak. Very difficult to work with this as the scales are uncooperative, the goal for them is to maintain across consistency on the 3D plane so if it's facing down from the front side, it should face down on the backside of the character too... Many things to learn 😂

A reptile this time around needs a badass tail. So I was thinking of making the tail and her features more "Provocative" so to speak. 

Detail refinement.

It works 😏, now just need to figure out if it's okay to keep the bone shiney? We will see. 

So to stay in theme with the bones, we have to add horns too.

Yeap, super shiney lol... I honestly have to revisit all of this once everything is finished to see if I might need to change anything.

So. When will she be released?

I honestly have no clue, as the more complex these character are, the more time it is required for me to work on them to perfection, as I also did take a 2 week slight brake to focus on family and work. It is becoming increasingly difficult to sustain fast releases when you have big things that you want to tackle. 

Let me throw in an example, this lady needs to be in a swamp area. So I have this hidden project that more or less I can tease here with this following screenshot.

In case you wonder, I'll be creating a full work in progress once I advance more in this area lol. This mountain/island is a size 2 sq km and it's intended to be a backdrop for so many environments to be generated. Texturing this damn thing was hell honestly, but seeing it in VR is marvelous lol. (Really, you will not see any details, because the texture is so stretched. But the scale though...).

Stay tuned, next step would be to animate the tail and make it alive, then I need to figure our environmental details and some fixes all over the place to morphs and textures. She is using the same limbs morph for the Dragon Lady Azure, minus the legs, only the limbs.
