Also "Joker" was mentioned back in Saboady as the person who owned the Slave Trading shop, so the human/mermaid trafficking business is also run by him

It was a bit different than that. The "Joker" alias was not mentioned until Punk Hazard. Back then we saw Disco talk to Doflamingo himself over den den mushi, and we found out Doflamingo owned that shop. When Disco asked him to save the shop he told Disco that he could have the shop, as he is not interested in the slave trade anymore, but in "smiles". It showed Doflamingo had underground connections, and excellently foreshadowed the reveal way later that he was the "Joker" person we first heard about in Punk Hazard who we knew was an infamous underground broker.
