achieving the standard Super Saiyan transformation began to become "cheapened" around the Buu arc with how easy it was for Kid Trunks and Goten to achieve it

All saiyans from U6 have much more S- Cells due to them being much more righteous and pure hearted then U7 Saiyans, (S-Cells are required for saiyans to transform to ssj, the more pure hearted you are the more S-cells you have which makes it much easier to transform then requiring a trigger) that's why Gohan Goten and Trunks were the youngest to turn ssj because them being half human made them even more pure hearted thus more S-cells thus easier to transform.

They're around Gohan's age and they've been fighting in their base all their life not knowing about ssj they got strong enough in their base. They're doing about right kid Gohan had about the same power against Cell.

I always liked how Caulifla just flew through the power scaling. Reminded me of kid Goku straight up skipping 40 years of supposed Roshi trainning to learn Kamehameha and instead learning it after seeing it just once. It flipped the script on Goku being the genius.

I really like these storylines with Goku learning Caulifla, which is Goku's counterpart from universe 6 and has a talent like himself and Vegeta's nature for trash talk. Those from 6 have a lot of base power, but the emotional transformation never happened because they lacked that trigger like we did, but they had the power to achieve it with the right fight. I don't know why, but I really like this whole Goku vs Caulifla & Kale mini series. Fighting Sayans who enjoy fighting and want to strengthen each other, and Goku is a mentor and knows how to do it
