The 2 girls are the 2 young girls geto rescued when he murdered the village, remember that was the reason he got expelled, those girls stuck with him and they also appeared in the movie, geto is essentially a brother/father figure to them, my guess is that they want getos body back either because they don't know he is actually dead or they simply want to give him a proper burial?
