For the Trunks mouth to mouth scene with Mai, this is the dialogue between Goku and Vegeta in the Japanese version of this episode… Goku: “ Trunks! I’m surprised that you can lock lips with her! ” Vegeta: “ You! haven’t done it? ” Goku: “ Huh, of course not! “ Vegeta: “ Aren’t you married?! ” Goku: “ Is there a connection to that? ” Vegeta: “ Whatever! ” Goku: “ What do you mean by “whatever” ? “ Here is the dialogue for the exact same scene between Goku and Vegeta in the English version of this episode…… Goku: “ Whoa, what was that Trunks? You put your mouth on hers, that’s so weird! “ Vegeta: “ Kakarot, you’ve never kissed someone? “ Goku: “ Huh? No of course not, why? “ Vegeta: “ You’re married and have children! “ Goku: “ Yeah duh! But what’s that have to with kissing? “ Vegeta: “ You!... Oh no way! “ Goku: “ No tell me, is that like something people do? “ Interpret these scenes/dialogue however you wish, but for me personally I first saw this episode in the English dub, and I always thought of it as Goku finding it odd that Trunks fed Mai the Senzu bean in such a way, and then Vegeta misinterpreted it as Goku referring to “kissing”, and then when Vegeta confronted Goku about this, what Goku got from Vegeta is that the definition of kissing was feeding your lover something mouth to mouth, or feeding your lover something mouth to mouth is another method of kissing, something which Goku has never done with Chichi.

Chichi kissed Goku on the cheek on the day of their official engagement after their tournament fight, but at the time Goku was puzzled and didn't know what she was doing to him

In the Japanese version the joke, atleast how I understood it was that Goku thought the way Trunks fed the senzu bean to mai was weird and Vegeta misinterpeted it. They never mentioned the word kissing or kiss in the sub. Another way to look at it is that when Vegeta asked "you've never done that before?" Goku thought he asked if he has ever kissed Mai and Goku said obviously not

There's a pretty funny theory that this goku is a different goku than DBZ because of all the timeline bullshit which would explain why he is so much stupider than the stupid dbz goku

Pretty sure super is directly from z and gt is a parallel timeline. All of super supposedly happens before they have the tournament where buu reincarnates into uub and fights with Goku. They may actually be the same timeline but it depends on how the manga is going to finish.
