I`m sure that Deepa has Iron style but they don`t say in the anime

I am so happy that you finally made it to this fight and I'm happy to say that fights from now on will only get crazier. Btw that song dring the team rasengan is called "Kaze Ni Nare" which means Become the wind and it's honestly one of the top OSTs for this show

now THIS was a Kara fight baby!!!!!! The combined high compression rasengan, Log's donation, Orochimaru helping Konohamaru, Sarada's 2T sharingan, WHAT an episode! This whole arc was a nice setup as beginning with the next arc at episode 178, its straight just Kara and manga canon!!! Also fyi there's a slight change to the opening at 178 too :)

also there's actually been i think 13 shinobi that have been able to use all 5 changes in chakra nature (the 5th Mizukage could use only 4).

The moment Boruto was "I don't care even if I lose my hand" when orochimaru and victor are literally disarming each other (ye, I said that) and Mitsuki soon falls in line made me think about that one hash slasher episode moment from Spongebob: Squidward: he wasn't a sponge! SpongeBob: So? Squidward: So it didn't grow back! 😭😭😭

God, I LOVE this episode. It’s my top 3 in the series. From Orochimaru helping out Konohamaru (the grandson of his sensei and indirectly repenting for his sins) to Boruto, Mitsuki, Sarada THROWING DOWN. Remember, they only won because Deepa’s form wasn’t finalized and he jumped the gun on it. This fight is what separates them from OG TEAM 7. Consistency and progress in their team work. Bravo to Victor and Deepa for setting off the Kara arc. Now we see what’s comes next 😬

It's not Iron, he says he "absorbs the carbon from inside his body and turns it into Stone" on 166, so just changing the structure of Carbon Element that he gathers from his own body.

Honestly im surprised Konohamaru talked face to face to Orochimaru and didnt try to kill him or he wasn't acting like he hates him or something. Lets not forget Orochimaru killed his grandfather who was kinda like a father figure for him

I didnt realize it took so long to create the new rasengan, during the shojoji fight it seems instantaneous

Not to be a debbie downer (I agree with everybody else that this episode is amazing) but I really wish Konohamaru was better in this series. Like why couldn't he have 5 or even 4 changes in chakra nature. He could be well on his way to becoming like his grandfather. But no spam fire style and lose, every time.

It’s not stage fright it’s just Takes a long time to charge his Rasengan since it’s new. Just like how Naruto took a long time to Charge the Rasenshuriken when he first learned it

First up: Well done on calling Logs involvement in this immediately! =D And second, you're the ONLY person who I've seen who didn't spoil Team 7's Super High Compression Rasengan in the thumbnail. MUCH appreciated on behalf of all those who still need to look out for spoilers. I really loved how this fight showed how far all memembers of team 7 have come since the start of the series. From Boruto, who didn't have the determination to break his own arm to fight back against Kakashi in the Exam to his willingness to loose it completely if it meant keeping his friends safe; from Saradas annoyance about being teamed up with Boruto and ready to disband right away to her stepping in and protecting him with her determinaton to become Hokage and Mitsukis mid-way sage mode to protect Borutos arm and adding his own chacra to it but not going beyond his limits this time. Plus, the callback to episode 65 with the parrallels between Naruto & Sasuke then and Boruto & Mitsuki now was quite nice. :D (Placing a hand on the Uzumakis right shoulder for stabelisation, check. Surprised blond boy looking over his shoulder to find his teammate there, check. Teammate encasing the Uzumaki in question with his own Jutsu, check. Even the angles were more or less the same.)

Remember that he and Mugino did drop Mitsuki off in Orochimarus lab beforehand, after their first big loss. And he's a Shinobi too, after all. Much as he might personally doesn't like Orochimaru, he can be professional enough to keep that somewhat in check; for Mitsukis sake and the hard fought cooperation between Orochimaru and Konoha, if nothing else. He's not rash enough to endanger the Mission or their lives with a personal grudge in such a critical situation.

I wonder why sarada or boruto didn't question mitsuki's sage mode transformation while doing the super high compressed resengan??

I have this theory that Deepa was a more functional fabrication like the one's we saw in Mitsuki's arc. Like the other Fabrications, he was obsessed with something "human-like", once he knew he was close to being defeated he also started showing a bit of desperation in his attacks like they did, and right before he got crushed his actual body was cracking. It helps that the scientist that was fooling Ohnoki was also an Outer of Kara.
